About CrikTrik

CrikTrik is a cricket astrology project. It reads upcoming matches through astro-numerology and shares a toss call and a match call for each game, as entertainment for cricket fans. CrikTrik started as a blog in 2016 and is being revived in October 2026.

What we cover

Mostly cricket that rarely gets a preview: associate nations, women's internationals and smaller leagues, with some big series as well. Every reading is published before the match starts, and every result goes on the public track record, hits and misses alike.

How a reading works

The method is based on Chaldean numerology and the planets of Indian astrology.

• The date planet. The day of the month is reduced to a single digit, and each digit has a planet (1 Sun, 2 Moon, 3 Jupiter, 4 Rahu, 5 Mercury, 6 Venus, 7 Ketu, 8 Saturn, 9 Mars).
• The day planet. Each weekday has a traditional ruling planet, such as Jupiter for Thursday or Saturn for Saturday.
• The toss call is read from each captain's full name. The match call is read from each team's full name and short form.
• Each name's planet is scored against the date planet and the day planet, by whether the planets are the same, friendly, neutral or enemies. The higher total gets the call. A tie is shown as a 50/50.

It is folklore, not statistics. It ignores form, pitch, weather and team news on purpose.
