The reading
Hosts Nigeria play Lesotho in Abuja in the T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier, with the evening start expected around 6:20 PM IST. It is Nigeria's second game in two days in front of their own supporters.
CrikTrik's reading names Nigeria on both calls: the toss, read from the captains' full names, and the match, read from the team names in full and in short form. It is the second straight day the reading has gone Nigeria's way, after the same two calls against Mozambique on 23 October.
The day's planets are Venus and Saturn. The date 24 reduces to 6, the number of Venus, and Saturday is ruled by Saturn, called Shani in Indian astrology. Saturn is the planet of hard work and slow rewards, so it is a day the reading would say favours whoever stays patient longest.
Lesotho come into this game after their own reading on 23 October against Zambia, where they took the toss call but not the match. Here the numbers are against them on both. That counts for nothing on the field, of course, and an associate qualifier can produce real surprises. The result will be marked on this page and on the track record as soon as it is known.
